I love listening to the boys talk...Isaac was saying how weird I was. And Elliot said "I don't sink so. I yike her." Isaac said "well I like her, too, but you have to admit she is kinda weird." Elliot just said "no." Glad he has my back.

Elliot & his future

As they were laying in bed one night, Elliot was saying something interesting, so we muted the TV so we could hear more.  He was telling Isaac how he was going to have a girlfriend, and she is going to try to kiss him, and he will say "yuck!"  And his other girlfriend will like her, because he is going to have TWO girlfriends.  But he is only going to marry one of them.  And they will have a baby doggie.  TWO baby doggies.  And a daddy doggie.  And a mommy doggie.  Then Isaac asks "You're only THREE, right???"  Bo & I were smiling great big.

I love watching elliot leap off the couch, fly 5 feet and try to land on howie. He looks like john wayne.

Oldie

Playing outside with the boys because it is a "beautiful day". I just told Isaac to shut the door behind him. He encouragingly replied "You can do it! It's real easy!"

Another Oldie

My boy Isaac has been terrorized by this other boy (Dwew) at recess. Today, Isaac said Drew started to chase him & his friends again. Drew told Isaac he better run or he would get hurt. Isaac asked him "instead of chasing us, why don't you play with us?" At the end of recess, the mean boy said he was sorry! I had to clutch my heart after hearing this. ♥

Just heard Elliot calmly and seriously tell Isaac, in his cute little 3 year old voice, "Bubba, I yuv you, but I don't yike you." They have been arguing over cars.

Wild Dogs

Mornings are so explosive here. It's like it takes the boys a couple of hours to realize they are not wild dogs but actually children. The human kind.

Well it was a fun night on the boat. Watched fireworks on the lake. God bless America! And then Isaac barfed off the top bunk. Fun time, fun times. Crap.
